This App respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of its services. To provide you with more accurate services, this App will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, this App will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, this App will not disclose or provide such information to third parties without your prior permission. This App may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the App's Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the App's Service Use Agreement.

1. Scope of Application

(a) Personal registration information you provide when registering for an account on this App, as required by the App;(b) Information automatically received and recorded by the App about your browser and computer when you use the App's network services or visit the App's platform webpages, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristics, and webpage records of your requests;(c) User personal data obtained by the App from business partners through legitimate means.

You acknowledge and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:(a) Keyword information you enter when using the search services provided by the App's platform;(b) Information data you publish on the App, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;(c) Acts violating laws and regulations or the App's rules, and measures taken by the App against you.

2. Use of Information

(a) This App will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless permitted by you in advance, or the third party and the App (including the App's affiliated companies) jointly or separately provide services to you, and after the service ends, the third party will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including that which it was previously able to access.(b) This App also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any user of the App's platform is found to engage in the above activities, the App has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with such user.(c) We will receive and record device-related information based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, including device identifiers (IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, MAC, OAID, IMSI, etc.), application information (application crash information, notification switch status, software list, etc.), device parameters and system information (device type, model, operating system, and hardware-related information), and device location-related information (e.g., IP address, GPS/BeiDou location information, and sensor information from Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide relevant information).(d) Permissions such as read/write storage, address book, precise location, camera, microphone, photo album (storage), and calendar are not enabled by default and will only be used to implement specific functions or services after your explicit authorization. You may also withdraw your authorization. It is particularly important to note that even after you grant these sensitive permissions, we will not collect such information when it is not required for the relevant functions or services.

4. Information Storage and Exchange

Information and data collected by the App about you will be stored on the servers of the App and/or its affiliated companies. Such information and data may be transmitted outside your country or region where the App collects the information and data, and may be accessed, stored, and displayed overseas.

5. Use of Cookies

Cookies are small amounts of data that will be sent to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive if you do not refuse to accept cookies. We use cookies to store data related to your access to Biwox services, and to identify you when you access or re-access Biwox services, and to provide you with better and more services by analyzing the data.

6. Information Security

(a) All App accounts have security protection features. Please keep your username and password information secure. The App will ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite the foregoing security measures, please note that there is no "perfect security measure" in information networks.(b) When using the App's network services for online transactions, you will inevitably need to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the other party or potential other parties to the transaction. Please protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary. If you discover a leak of your personal information, especially a leak of your App username and password, please contact the App's customer service immediately so that the App can take corresponding measures.

7. Message Notifications

During your use of the service, we may send you one or more types of messages via phone, SMS, push notifications, work notifications, pop-ups, etc., such as service notifications, identity verification, security verification, etc. We may also use the foregoing methods to provide you with functional or service information. To ensure that you can normally receive push content and avoid missing messages, we use the App's self-start and associated start functions for other Apps.

10. Account Security: Collection of Device and Software Information

To ensure your account security, we need to collect device or software information, such as configuration information provided by your mobile device, web browser, or other programs used to access our services, your IP address, mobile device version, device identifier, device ID, user application installation list, IMEI, and MAC address. When our native app is installed, we need to obtain the installation list information. We will associate the collected IMEI and device ID with your account to ensure your account security.

11. User Account Deletion

You may also fill out a relevant application form and apply to delete your account by email or contact phone with the enterprise administrator. Upon receiving the application, the administrator will complete the processing within 3 working days. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, after account deletion, we will stop providing services to you and retain your personal information in accordance with the agreement's term. After the retention period expires, we will dispose of your personal information. However, if you have seriously violated laws and regulations, platform agreements, or platform rules during use, your illegal and default records and corresponding platform credit records will be permanently stored.
